Leadership Identity & Presence™ helps participants develop a clear understanding of how they are perceived by others and how their actions, communication, appearance, and professional behaviour contribute to their leadership identity.

Strong leadership presence is not about self-promotion. It is about consistently demonstrating credibility, authenticity, professionalism, and trust. When leaders understand their strengths, values, and unique contributions, they are better positioned to influence others, communicate with confidence, and build meaningful professional relationships.

Throughout this pathway, participants will explore the principles of personal and professional reputation management, leadership presence, executive credibility, and responsible use of digital platforms. Participants will learn how to align their professional image with their values, leadership style, and long-term career aspirations.
